On February 12, 2025, a ceremonial conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Central Scientific Library of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus was held in Minsk. The event brought together leading specialists in librarianship, scientists and representatives of academic institutions. Director of the library of the Brest State Technical University Yulia Vyacheslavovna Azarkevich took part in the conference.

One of the significant events of the conference was the Belarusian-Russian seminar on the development of international library and information cooperation. As part of the seminar, the participants discussed various aspects of cooperation between libraries of Russia and Belarus in various areas of librarianship, and also exchanged experiences and best practices.

Participation in the conference allowed establishing new professional contacts, discussing current problems and prospects for the development of librarianship.
