Prepare your documents

To enter the university, you need to prepare the following documents:

To the preparatory department for obtaining a certificate of the faculty of pre-university training

• Application form of a foreign citizen
• Certificate of complete secondary education (10-12 years)
  or
  Certificate of incomplete secondary education (9 years) + Certificate of secondary vocational education
• Notarized translation of your education documents into Russian or Belarusian, if they are in another language
• A notarized copy of the birth certificate with a translation into Russian or Belarusian, if the document is in another language
• Health certificate issued by the official health authorities of your country with a translation into Russian
• A medical certificate stating the HIV-negative status of the applicant, issued by the official health authorities of your country with a translation into Russian
• Extract from the preventive vaccination record card indicating vaccinations and the dates of vaccinations since birth, including the Mantoux test with translation into Russian
• 6 photos 3x4 cm in size

For the 1st stage for obtaining Specialist`s degree diploma

• Application form of a foreign citizen
• Certificate of complete secondary education (10-12 years)
  or
  Certificate of incomplete secondary education (9 years) + Document of secondary vocational education
• Notarized translation of your education documents into Russian or Belarusian, if they are in another language
• A notarized copy of the birth certificate with a translation into Russian or Belarusian, if the document is in another language

For the 2nd stage for obtaining  Master's degree diploma

• Application form of a foreign citizen
• Specialist`s degree diploma
  or
  Bachelor's degree diploma (4 years) + certificate of recognition of a foreign document
• Notarized translation of your education documents into Russian or Belarusian, if they are in another language
• A notarized copy of the birth certificate with a translation into Russian or Belarusian, if the document is in another language
• Health certificate issued by the official health authorities of your country with a translation into Russian
• A medical certificate stating the HIV-negative status of the applicant, issued by the official health authorities of your country with a translation into Russian
• Extract from the preventive vaccination record card indicating vaccinations and the dates of vaccinations since birth, including the Mantoux test with translation into Russian
• 6 photos 3x4 cm in size.

To resume study

• Application for study resumption
• Certificate of complete secondary education
• Translation of the Certificate of complete secondary education into Russian or Belarusian
• Academic transcript indicating the subjects studied, hours, credit units and grades obtained
• A notarized copy of the birth certificate with a translation into Russian or Belarusian, if the document is in another language
• Health certificate issued by the official health authorities of your country with a translation into Russian
• A medical certificate stating the HIV-negative status of the applicant, issued by the official health authorities of your country with a translation into Russian
• Extract from the preventive vaccination record card indicating vaccinations and the dates of vaccinations since birth, including the Mantoux test with translation into Russian
• 6 photos 3x4 cm in size.

For Postgraduate Program

• Profile indicating the list of publications
• Master's degree diploma
• Notarized translation of your education documents into Russian or Belarusian, if they are in another language
• A notarized copy of the birth certificate with a translation into Russian or Belarusian, if the document is in another language
• Health certificate issued by the official health authorities of your country with a translation into Russian
• A medical certificate stating the HIV-negative status of the applicant, issued by the official health authorities of your country with a translation into Russian
• Extract from the preventive vaccination record card indicating vaccinations and the dates of vaccinations since birth, including the Mantoux test with translation into Russian
• 6 photos 3x4 cm in size.

Get an invitation

For applicants from the countries of visa entry to the Republic of Belarus, it is necessary to receive an invitation to study in order to open a student visa.

To receive an invitation, you send the necessary documents in electronic form to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.:

• a copy of the pages of the national (or international) passport with a photograph, surname;
• a copy of the school certificate with a notarized translation into Russian;
• a copy of the birth certificate;
• a copy of health certificate;
• medical certificate stating the HIV-negative status of the applicant.

Deadlines for submitting documents to receive an invitation to study

• until September 15 at the main faculties and in the master`s degree program
• until October 15 at the preparatory department
• during the year in Russian language courses

The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus may extend the deadline for submitting documents for receiving invitations and admission to the university.

An invitation to study is issued within 10 working days and sent to the Consulate of the Republic of Belarus in your country by EMS.

Embassies of the Republic of Belarus abroad

After receiving a student visa to enter the Republic of Belarus, inform the staff of the International Department of BrSTU about the exact date of your arrival for them to arrange your meeting at the National Airport "Minsk" and the check-in in the university dormitory.
