The State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus approved the results of the "Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus" competition for 2024.

The educational institution "Brest State Technical University" is a laureate of the "Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus" competition in the "Services to the Population" nomination for educational, scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activities carried out at the university.

In December 2024, BrSTU successfully passed the first stage of the "Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus" competition in 2024 and reached the final. When summing up the final results of the competition, the republican competition committee took into account consumer feedback received regarding organizations and the quality of their products and services that successfully passed the first (regional) stage of the competition and became finalists. In total, 325 products from 177 organizations were recognized as laureates of the competition. In the nomination "Services to the Population", 15 services from 12 organizations were awarded the title of laureate of the competition.

The competition "Best Products of the Republic of Belarus" is aimed at promoting safe, high-quality and competitive goods and services, as well as identifying new types of products. The competition has been held annually since 2002, and is a joint initiative of the State Standard, regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee.
