On November 14, a solemn closing ceremony of the third labor semester-2024 of Brest State Technical University took place.
Among the honored guests at the event were representatives of partner enterprises: OJSC Chernavchitsy, OJSC Polesiezhilstroy, OJSC Savushkin Product, OJSC Construction Trust No. 8, KUP Brestzhilstroy, OJSC Dorstroymontazhtrest, OJSC Ostromechevo, PKUP Kommunalnik.
23 years have passed since the revival of the Student Team Movement at the university, and from year to year the university shows record results. A total of 668 participants in 46 student teams worked at sites in the Brest region and beyond. Vice-Rector for Ideological and Educational Work of BrSTU Natalya Petrovna Yalovaya, on behalf of the Rector of the University Sergei Antonovich Kasperovich, conveyed words of gratitude to the partners who help in organizing secondary employment of young people and willingly share their accumulated knowledge, skills and experience.
Students of our university continue to work on the construction of the Republican Center for Patriotic Education of Youth on the territory of the Kobrin Fortress of the Brest Fortress. This construction site was awarded the status of the All-Belarusian Youth Construction Project by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus. The student construction team "Spadchyna-2024" named after the Hero of the Soviet Union P.M. Masherov conscientiously carried out dismantling and construction work.
Participants of the service team "Vector" named after Cadet D.B. Gvishiani, who worked within the framework of the Republican industry interdisciplinary labor project "Road of Opportunities", became conductors of passenger cars on interregional and international trains. In the summer-autumn period, two industrial student teams formed from among the students of the mechanical engineering faculty took part in the Republican projects "Avtozovodets-2024" and "Avtozovodets-2024.2" - the team "Energy" named after the Hero of the Soviet Union P. Pronyagin and the team "Citadel" named after the Hero of the Soviet Union P. M. Gavrilov conscientiously worked in the workshops of the Minsk Automobile Plant OJSC.
The agricultural team "Plodovik" named after the Hero of the Soviet Union I. S. Naborsky, formed from among the students of the mechanical engineering faculty, collected the largest number of apples on the territory of the Chernavchitsy OJSC in the 2024 season.
For active participation in the organization of the student team movement, the organization of secondary employment of young people, Brest State Technical University and personally the Rector Sergei Antonovich Kasperovich were awarded certificates and gratitude from partner enterprises. According to the results of the third work semester, the best commanders of student detachments Belaya Tatyana, Demyanik Yuri, Kuzmenko Daniil, Lemeshevskaya Anastasia, Funtyaev Alexander, Sheida Vitaly, Kravchuk Alexander, Anisimov Vladislav, Zan Maksim, Dmitrenko Victoria, Tsukanov Oleg, Moshchuk Vitaly, Bazylyuk Nina, Volchek Mikhail, Sukhovilo Vladislav, Yankovich Alexander, Osipova Alla, Drozd Pavel, Nesteruk Kirill were awarded certificates for their conscientious attitude to work and exemplary labor discipline during their work in the student detachment.
