On November 13, a significant event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Institute of Presidency in the Republic of Belarus took place at Brest State Technical University. The event was attended by students, deputy deans for ideological and educational work, curators, university employees and guests of the open dialogue, who respectfully recalled the important path of the formation of the Belarusian state. As part of the meeting, Deputy Chairperson of the Brest Regional Organization of the Trade Union Alexandra Aleksandrovna Drapey made a report, highlighting the country's achievements over the past 30 years.
Thirty years ago, a new system of governance was laid in Belarus, contributing to the stability, development and prosperity of the state.
The Institute of Presidency has become not only a symbol of state power, but also a guarantee of independence, security and support for every citizen. Thanks to the efforts of the leadership, the country is confidently moving along the path of stable economic and social development, where every person is valuable, sovereignty is protected, and national unity is preserved. "Today Belarus," emphasized Alexandra Alexandrovna, "is a country that values its past, is proud of the present and confidently looks to the future. Under the leadership of a strong government, the Republic of Belarus successfully overcomes challenges, reaches new heights, develops education and science, creates comfortable living conditions for all citizens. Our pride and our home is Belarus, a country of creation, resilience and achievements."
In the second part of the event, together with the primary trade union organization of students, the library organized a quiz "30 years in the name of Belarus". More than 110 students took part in the event, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the presidency, representing 16 teams from five faculties of the university.
The quiz became an opportunity to recall significant events in the history of independent Belarus, understand the symbols of statehood and assess the contribution of the country's leadership to its future.
