As part of the youth and student tourism program in the Union State, a delegation from Brest State Technical University visited North Caucasus Federal University (NCFU) from October 21 to 24. The organizer of the international youth cooperation program in the direction "Russia - Belarus" is Pskov State University with the support of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
The purpose of the exchange program is to broaden the horizons of students, in-depth study of engineering sciences and information technology, as well as strengthen international ties between educational institutions of the two countries. By participating in this program, BrSTU students had the opportunity to get acquainted with advanced scientific research and innovations carried out within the walls of NCFU.
The first day of their stay in Stavropol was devoted to getting to know the campuses of NCFU, the history of the university, its infrastructure and scientific activities. The visit to the Museum Center, where the students immersed themselves in the rich historical heritage of the North Caucasus, made a special impression. Then the delegation met with the Vice-Rector for Youth Policy of NCFU Amin Khuseinovich Osmayev. During the meeting, the students learned many interesting facts about life and education at the university, and also received memorable souvenirs.
Then the delegation visited a number of important enterprises, such as the Energomera industrial group plant Monocrystal, the Stavropol Territory Technological Entrepreneurship Development Center, and the Stavropol Territory Industrial Park Master. During master classes at the Center for Creative Industries, the students acquired valuable knowledge and skills that will certainly be useful to them in the future. Each participant also received a souvenir made by themselves as a gift.
The BrSTU delegation included: Yaroslav Palchasty (FEIS), Anastasia Petrusevich (FEIS), Sofia Gutorova (ASF), Anna Lupina (ASF), Ksenia Edunova (ASF), Stepan Grivenev (EF), Denis Panasovets (FISE), Anastasia Domino (EF). The delegation was headed by Daria Vladimirovna Stankevich, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics for ideological and educational work, and Anastasia Nikolaevna Vinnik, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Architecture.
Everyone returned full of vivid impressions, positive emotions and fresh ideas for the implementation of their projects.

It is worth noting that in November 2024, BrSTU is expecting representatives of the North Caucasus Federal University on a return trip to the Republic of Belarus, continuing to strengthen international cooperation and exchange of experience between universities of the two countries.
