As part of the celebration of National Unity Day and the first-year student month, on September 23, the student body of the Faculty of Electronic Information Systems of Brest State Technical University organized an intellectual quiz "My Belarus".
Students from all faculties of the university were invited to participate, and 14 teams enthusiastically accepted the challenge. The students demonstrated deep knowledge of the history and culture of Belarus, government structure and international relations, which demonstrated their high level of preparation. Throughout the event, an atmosphere of friendly competition and team spirit reigned.
The competition took place in several stages, each of which required from the participants not only knowledge, but also ingenuity, logical thinking and the ability to work in a team. The questions were varied: from historical dates to cultural achievements of Belarus, from political events to international agreements. The teams actively discussed the answers, trying to find the right solution.
Following a tense competition, three teams emerged as winners: the team of the Faculty of Electronic Information Systems, the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering, and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Each of them received well-deserved awards and recognition from the organizers and other participants.
This event was a highlight for all the students who participated in it. It not only helped strengthen interfaculty ties, but also allowed students to learn more about their country and its place in world history and politics. The event left unforgettable impressions and motivation for further study of their native country for all participants.
