At the Department of Economics and Organization of Construction of the Brest State Technical University, as part of studying the disciplines "Organization of Design and Construction" and "Organization and Management in Construction" for students of the specialties "Architecture" and "Real Estate Expertise and Management", a lecture-seminar on the topic "Urban development solutions and their implementation on the example of the city of Brest" was held.

The students were addressed by the project manager at Belprok Stroy LLC, a member of the Belarusian Union of Architects, Alexander Vladimirovich Zharkov. During the lesson, issues were resolved on the organizational commissions for the design of objects built for the 1000th anniversary of Brest, taking into account its geographical location, has a pleasant appearance and demographic shade.

The students were particularly interested in questions about the state of the construction complex in the republic and the region, about the use of effective solutions in the design and construction of facilities in the Brest region, as well as about the opportunities for young specialists to realize their potential.
