On October 31, an open dialogue with the Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Mikhailovich Maslyak was held at the Faculty of Engineering Systems and Ecology of Brest State Technical University. The event was attended by the Chairman of the Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Brest Regional Executive Committee Yan Ivanovich Venskovich, Rector of BrSTU Sergei Antonovich Kasperovich, Vice-Rector for Ideological and Educational Work Natalya Petrovna Yalovaya, Dean of the Faculty Oleg Pavlovich Meshik, as well as students of the specialty "Environmental Protection" and representatives of the student body of the faculty.

Sergei Mikhailovich shared his life path, from early childhood to the post of Minister. He spoke about how his views and principles were formed, as well as the specifics of working in various positions.

Students had a unique opportunity to ask questions and directly contact the Minister. The conversation was lively, active and in a very warm atmosphere.

The culmination of the meeting was the ceremonial presentation of record books to first-year students majoring in "Environmental Protection".
